We are a South Indian, Urdu speaking, Sunni Muslim family. Both parents are from educated and respectable origins from well-known families in Madras and have been residing in Kuwait since 75. I am looking for a bride for my elder brother per my parents� instructions. My brother, Muhammad Ayub (Ayub is his first name) completed high school from Kuwait and med. school from JNMC, Belgaum, India, worked in Kuwait for a short time and then came to USA in 96, completed USMLE by 97 and is awaiting replies to applications for residencies that he sent out to various programs for specialization. At the age of 23 years while still in med. school he was married for 3 months (out of which they were together only for a month) to a girl who was totally inappropriate for him. It was an arranged marriage but appearances had been completely deceiving. He lost one semester in the bargain and gained only pain. Thereafter though, he has healed and would like to share his life with the right girl, which we hope Allah will help us find. He is 5� 9� tall, 180 lbs., and dark- wheatish complexioned and sports a full Islamic beard. Very intelligent and intellectual yet full of �joie de vivre� and humor, loves to have fun, write poems and to tease and irritate his sisters. He has vast Islamic knowledge, is a basics� practiser and is an excellent person. When he enters a room the whole place comes alive. Very ambitious and wants to build up a good stable home with lots of children, will be a companion than just a husband and wants a spouse who will be the same.
